Having the opportunity to have Mass in your home with your neighbours and family has a long tradition in the parish but can only continue with everyone’s help. Woodford Community Games County Galway Community Games Athletics Finals will be held on Sun 2nd June in Ballinderreen. Woodford Community Games area includes the parishes of Tynagh/Killeen, Abbey/Duniry, Ballinakill and Woodford/Looscaun. On St Patrick’s Day, March 17th, at noon, Portumna will host the annual parade. All participants, floats, clubs and individuals are requested to register in Portumna Post Office by March 15th.
